Tommy Walsh (born 1956 in South Hackney, London) is an English celebrity builder. His parents were Irish, his father from Kilkenny and his mother from Sligo.[1] He attended Parmiter's School, then in Bethnal Green.

He first became famous after appearing in the BBC gardening programme Ground Force. He stayed with the show for the duration of its run, from 1998 to 2005.

He presently lives in Great Dunmow, with his wife and three children,[2] and in addition to his television work runs his own building business.

Walsh also had a small acting role in the film One.[3]

Tommy Walsh is mentioned in the song "Tommy Walsh's Eco House" by the band Half Man Half Biscuit.

He is the Celebrity Patron of The Stairway to Heaven Memorial Trust www.stairwaytoheavenmemorial.org
